Returns

Zendi will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of any regular full-priced item if it is returned in new condition within 14 days of being received. I just ask that you please let me know by email when you are sending something back to me so I can deal with your request promptly.

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and shipping any replacement goods unless Zendi is at fault.

 

This Returns policy does not apply to custom orders, sale items or the original actual postal and packaging charges incurred by Zendi.
